Our bracelets use elastic cords to enhance adaptability.

Generally, 10mm beads are better suited for users with larger wrist sizes, while 7mm/8mm beads better highlight the charm of our bracelets on wrists measuring around 5.5 inches (14 cm).

In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you’re unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.

Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to be attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process the exchange by charging/refunding you the price difference (incl. a $15 USD restocking fee). Although this is a handmade item, and we are not obliged to refund it, we want to offer that option to our customers. For all the MOKÈ Collections items, we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.mokecollections.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. Please note that we have a restocking fee of $15 per bracelet, which will be deducted from the refund.
