Returns Policy

However, we understand that sometimes a bracelet may not quite meet your needs or expectations. That’s why we offer you our “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee” to ensure your peace of mind. Below, you’ll find the details of our return and exchange policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following terms:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Restocking Fee: A small $15 restocking fee per bracelet will apply, except in cases of product damage or quality issues (explained below).
  • Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Product Damage or Quality Issues

If your product arrived damaged or has a quality issue, we want to make it right.

    • Your order number.
    • Clear pictures or videos that show the issue.
  • Once we verify the issue, the restocking fee will be waived, and we’ll ensure you don’t incur any additional costs for the return.
